About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior AP Accountant to support day-to-day accounts payable operations in a fast-paced reputed company environment. This is a contract role with potential for full-time conversion — we're looking for someone who wants to grow with reputed company and take on increasing ownership over time. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and the broader team to ensure vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company processes run smoothly and accurately.
What You'll Do
- Process invoices and manage vendor payment runs end-to-end
- reputed company invoice matching and resolve payment or billing discrepancies
- Maintain and update vendor records and AP documentation
- Assist with month-end reputed company, including AP accruals and prepaid schedules
- Reconcile the AP subledger and reputed company monitor AP aging reports
- Support internal documentation, audit readiness, and finance process standards
