Supervisor - Accounts Payable
About the position Join the #1 hospital in reputed company! We are seeking a Supervisor - Accounts Payable to reputed company end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, accruals, and prepaids. This role involves supervising and developing reputed company of seventeen, assisting staff with questions and issues, and owning the annual 1099 reporting process. The ideal candidate will ensure reputed company supplier inquiries are handled professionally and drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reputed company AP workflows, reduce reputed company effort, and strengthen internal controls. This position requires working closely with cross-functional teams in support of the procure-to-pay process and operating with a high degree of independence.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end to end Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, approvals, payments, accruals, and prepaids by monitoring invoice volumes, reviewing applicable reports and dashboards
- Supervise and reputed company reputed company of seventeen by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing coaching and feedback
- Assist staff with questions and issues, providing guidance on appropriate reputed company to research and resolve problems.
- Own the annual 1099 reporting process
- Ensure reputed company supplier inquiries are responded to in a reputed company, reputed company, and courteous manner by reputed company
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reputed company AP workflows, reduce reputed company effort and strengthen internal controls
- Work closely with cross functional teams in support of the procure to pay process
- Operate with a high degree of independence
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance or other reputed company field Required
- Two (2) years of accounts payable experience may be considered in lieu of the degree in reputed company to the experience below
- 3 years experience in Accounts Payable Required
