Castify is used by over 15M people today and is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Accounts Receivable Intern to join our reputed company! About this role As the Accounts Receivable Intern, you will assist with the billing and collections process, ensuring that customer invoices are accurate, reputed company, and processed reputed company. You will also work closely with customers to resolve any billing issues and support the collections process to ensure reputed company payments from customers. Responsibilities

• Assist the reputed company AR team with the billing process, including generating and issuing invoices and credit memo.
• Ensure that invoices are accurate and reputed company with customer reputed company.
• Resolve billing issues, working closely with customers to resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
• Manage the collections process, including tracking payment statuses and communicating with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and collections data.
• Analyze billing and collections data to identify trends, and reputed company recommendations to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Maintain reputed company and subscription records in our billing system, Chargebee.

Requirements

• Are currently pursuing a degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field.
• Bring business-reputed company or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy and organized time-management skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic and high level of reliability.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Can work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
