This highly visible role is responsible for leading the global income tax provision and partnering across the business on tax planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a tax leader who enjoys building and improving processes, and who brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to scaling operations. • Own and manage the global quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, including reputed company disclosures
• Collaborate with reputed company auditors to support tax-reputed company audits and financial statement disclosures
• Coordinate closely with internal business partners such as reputed company and reputed company to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
• Hold a key role in designing, improving, and implementing global tax processes to support a growing and reputed company business

• Partner with external advisors and internal teams on value-added initiatives, including cash tax planning and M&A activity (acquisitions and integrations)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• CPA required
• 8+ years of federal tax experience, including a mix of Big 4 and in-house roles

• Strong experience with income tax provision and ASC 740
• Solid knowledge of U.S. federal tax
