US Seasonal Tax-Indirect-Manager

Responsibilities
- Reviewing state income tax returns and tax notices.
- Working remotely in a virtual team environment.
- Producing technical writing and research in a tax context.
Requirements
- Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or reputed company state bar membership.
- A bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business or a reputed company discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in state income tax reputed company public reputed company, industry, or state entity.
- reputed company knowledge in a broad reputed company of state and local income/franchise tax processes, concepts and tools.

- Knowledgeable with income franchise (corporate compliance) tax, reviewing corporate extensions, and preparing and reviewing partnership K-1 statements.
- Experience in state income tax returns and tax notices.
