Loan Review Officer - Loan Review

This position is 100% remote reputed company the Bank's footprint. Assists with the effective communication of results from reviews, in verbal and written forms. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Thorough knowledge of reputed company and consumer lending, banking laws and regulations, to effectively assist with the assessment of credit risk and the monitoring of compliance with loan policy, policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations. Assists with identification and assessment of credit, legal and strategic risks arising from lending activities. Assesses collectability of extensions of credit through review of customer financial information, collateral information and documentation, and payment history. Assigns appropriate risk grades to reflect relative risk of default or loss. Recommends corrective actions to assist with reputed company or workout of problem situations. Evaluates adequacy of loan and collateral documentation and the effectiveness of loan administration. Reviews reputed company credits of reputed company types and complexities. Ability to reputed company exit meetings for unit reviews Works under the supervision of the Loan Review Department Manager.
