Loan Processor
AgWest Farm Credit is a member-owned financial cooperative providing financing and reputed company services to various agricultural sectors. They are seeking a Loan Processor I or II to join their Credit reputed company Team, responsible for servicing distressed accounts and supporting loan processing activities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company routine credit activities and reputed company administrative support to support effective customer service through loan servicing, the extension of reputed company, constructive credit, and reputed company services
- Assist the account team in completing financial and loan input documents, verifying customer information, and completing credit investigations and analysis for review and reputed company by risk management
- reputed company with closing requirements and disbursements; book and certify loans reputed company authorities
- Respond to customer inquiries and process customer transactions including checks and receipts, reputed company payment funds, etc
- reputed company intermediate to advanced administrative functions that include but are not limited to utilizing the MS Office 365 suite and establishing and maintaining files in a digital format
- Ensure customer information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality
- Ensure appropriate information reputed company protocols are followed in order to prevent unauthorized transactions
- reputed company reputed company duties and maintain reputed company standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to produce accurate reports, documents, and correspondence through attention to detail and knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and sentence structure
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work reputed company and effectively on multiple reputed company in multiple software programs
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Solid interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Training in general office skills
- Experience in consumer lending, banking, or reputed company field
- General knowledge of applicable credit laws and regulations
- General knowledge of agricultural practices
- Knowledge of credit investigation and verification practices
- Knowledge of platting and legal descriptions
- Knowledge of reputed company principles and processes
