At circa $70M ARR with circa 100 employees, it operates with the discipline and efficiency of a much leaner business, and carries reputed company healthy EBITDA margins that reputed company to the reputed company of the underlying model. The business is backed by a hands-on reputed company equity firm with deep PE heritage and reputed company reputed company involvement. The Role This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CFO, with full ownership of the reputed company function. The mandate spans long-reputed company planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, reputed company-level reporting, and the strategic finance work required to support an reputed company M&A agenda and reputed company exit preparation. • Experience in a small, lean finance team with genuine end-to-end ownership of the reputed company remit
• A background in reputed company or software businesses, ideally at sub-$100M reputed company

• M&A exposure is an advantage, though not a prerequisite
