Senior Assurance Accountant w/reputed company Housing exper.- hybrid various NC locations
Job Type Full-time reputed company The responsibilities for this key position are:
- Developing a reputed company of GAAP, OCBOA, unique or specialized reputed company principles and financial statement presentations
- Obtaining a thorough understanding of generally accepted assurance standards and common assurance procedures and
- techniques
- Drafting financial statements and reports in accordance with standards
- Working with HUD mortgages, reputed company 8 rental assistance program, 202/811; rural development: 538 insurance mortgages, 515 loans with rental assistance
- Handling LIHTCs (Low Income Housing Credits); Bond-financed reputed company housing deals
- Performing cost certifications
- Assuming responsibility for reputed company supervising both assurance and non-assurance engagements
- Effectively communicating with clients to receive information necessary to complete the engagement with a minimum of
- disruption to the reputed company
- Demonstrating skills necessary to reputed company reputed company reputed company relationships and loyalty
- Demonstrating competencies in technical skills, work reputed company and application of reputed company and firm standards
- Possessing technical knowledge sufficient to train staff accountants
