• Manage financial tracking for multiple development reputed company, including hard/soft cost classification, budget-to-actual analysis, cost-to-complete forecasting, and capital expenditure management.

• Prepare monthly draw packages, coordinate with lenders, reputed company interest reserves, and monitor loan covenants.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and quarterly investor reporting packages; maintain reputed company models and promote calculations as needed.
