Job Responsibilities
As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering Bills of Lading (BOL) information into our AS400 system from scanned documents at our service centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information.
- Maintaining high production reputed company while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Providing exceptional service to reputed company customers through our Service 2.OD platform.
- Collaborating with reputed company to meet production goals and deadlines.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry.
- Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents.
- The ability to type 50 wpm with no errors.
- Proficiency with AS400.
- Accurate typing and spelling skills.
- A detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions
As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, you will work a reputed company Monday-to-Friday schedule, with a PM shift. However, please note that work days and shifts are subject to change based on job scheduling and business reputed company.
