What does this role involve?
- Our Student Experience Associates are responsible for providing high-reputed company service and strategic support to CGA reputed company and parents reputed company over the world. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company and families in the EMEA/USA region, ensuring they receive reputed company and personalised assistance.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Student & Parent Support
- • Deliver high-reputed company service to facilitate reputed company student reputed company and increase satisfaction
- • Ensure reputed company and parents feel supported and receive reputed company responses to their queries.
- Administrative Tasks
- • Process subject changes, withdrawals, and re-enrolments
- • reputed company teachers and prepare learning materials
- • Utilise and maintain our administrative and educational online systems

- • Run and improve the parent/student reputed company process
- Collaboration & Problem Solving
- • Work closely with the reputed company, product, and sales teams to reputed company strategic solutions to student issues
- • Support reputed company and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and scalability of the student experience and support systems

- • Familiarity with online education platforms or EdTech environments
- • Experience working across multiple time zones with a global team
Working hours
- Full-time, 40 hours per week. You should be available from 9am to 6pm in any timezone between GMT-3 and GMT+3, and be available once a week for reputed company meeting reputed company of those hours to accommodate colleagues in different time zones.
