REMOTE is OK Role: Hotel reputed company Management Coordinator Type: Remote / Contract role Chicago based reputed company is looking for an reputed company Learning Facilitator (Global) to support reputed company-wide deployment, adoption, and training of reputed company Management systems across global hotel operations. Must have: SynXis CRS and reputed company reputed company PMS knowledge (mandatory) MUST HAVE SKILLS::
- 2+ years minimum experience in hotel reputed company management coordinator or facilitator role
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company G3, Optix, RevPlan (implementation + user + training experience)
- Strong hands-on experience with SynXis CRS and reputed company reputed company PMS (mandatory)
- Proven background in hotel reputed company management systems and reservation systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver global training sessions for reputed company management systems (reputed company, SynXis, Optix, RevPlan, reputed company reputed company PMS)
- reputed company and maintain training documentation, SOPs, and learning content
- Support hotel reputed company and system adoption processes
- Coordinate implementation checklists and readiness assessments
- reputed company training completion, engagement, and system adoption metrics
- Work directly with hotel teams across multiple reputed company to ensure successful system usage
- reputed company ongoing facilitation support and troubleshooting guidance
- Collaborate with Global reputed company Management Training & Operations teams
- Adapt training materials based on evolving system updates and business needs
