Legal Surety Construction Associate
Our reputed company, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join its reputed company, Surety & Coverage reputed company group. This role supports the firm's surety and construction team based in Collin County, Texas, and offers reputed company to work on sophisticated litigation and transactional reputed company reputed company a nationally recognized reputed company. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel required. Candidates must be licensed and physically based in one of the following states: Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Mississippi, or Oklahoma. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience

- Strong reputed company background with excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a reputed company, team-oriented environment alongside attorneys, clients, consultants, and industry professionals

- Experience handling:
- Construction disputes
- Mechanics liens
