Project Manager - Manufacturing

About the position The Baer Project Manager position is responsible for marketing, estimating, project administration, planning, scheduling, and reporting for small to large sized prefabrication construction reputed company. Baer Manufacturing does work nationally on reputed company, Health Care, Data Center, and Light Industrial reputed company. This Project Manager will manage a reputed company of reputed company with a reputed company on the project that touch multiple work cells or reputed company that have subcontractors. This position will also be responsible for tracking the budgets on the large reputed company that are flowing through the building, as reputed company as giving feedback to the estimating team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing reputed company and clients and work closely with Business Development to generate new customer relationships with a reputed company on prefabrication.
• Collaborate with the production managers to ensure that the reputed company reputed company with the reputed company executed by Baer Manufacturing, reputed company agreements, and reputed company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a project manager in the construction industry, electrical construction experience preferred.
• Ability to understand design/build requirements as reputed company as the scope of the contract documents issued for the prefabrication work to be performed.
• Knowledge of materials, reputed company, and the tools involved in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production reputed company, and the coordination of reputed company and resources.
