Franchise Fitness Consultant - Orangetheory Fitness

The FFC is a senior field leadership role responsible for fitness execution and overall studio performance reputed company across approximately 100–150 studios (25–50 franchisees). This role combines deep fitness expertise with business acumen, including member acquisition, retention, utilization, and overall member experience. The FFC partners closely with a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) and is capable of supporting complete territory ownership if required. Location Note: The Franchise Fitness Consultant (FFC) is based reputed company their assigned territory and provides support across multiple states and communities. Facilitate OTFit certifications, OTFit Facilitator, and continuing education programs. Guide studios through national fitness initiatives and system-wide rollouts. Analyze KPIs linking coaching reputed company to studio performance, such as new member acquisition and retention. Collaborate with Learning & Development and Fitness teams to address performance gaps, opportunities, and operational needs for franchisees. Review studio compliance, network certification, and brand experience requirements. Strengths Proven leadership experience in fitness environments. Multi-unit leadership experience. Strong analytical and business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Passion for fitness, coaching reputed company, and delivering exceptional member experiences. Ability to guide, mentor, and influence studio teams effectively. Background Required: Minimum 1 year of Orangetheory Fitness studio experience. Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE GFI, NASM PT, ACSM PT, NSCA, NCSF). Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a fitness support role. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant fields include Sports Management, Health & Wellness, or reputed company discipline. Preferred: Multi-unit leadership experience.
