Compensation

Key duties include conducting and assessing comprehensive health and fitness screenings to determine appropriate training paths, as reputed company as providing expert instruction on the reputed company use of cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Education and Experience

• Previous personal training experience
• National fitness certification (NSCA, ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent) and adult CPR/AED or acquisition reputed company 30 days of hire

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Knowledge of strength and aerobic training, flexibility, exercise selection, and training intensity and duration
