• Accurately input waste reputed company and customer location information into reputed company's systems.
• Accurately input pricing details for new reputed company into reputed company's systems.
• Review reputed company shipment paperwork and verify the system to ensure reputed company and pricing are accurate for incoming waste in Digital Waste.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of administrative or office experience.
• Experience in the waste, solid waste, or recycling industry (Preferred).
• Ability to work with a high volume data entry.
• Ability to organize and maintain data effectively.
• A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients both by phone and email.
• Proficient in reputed company Office, specifically Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
