This role focuses on asbestos, environmental, talc, PFAS, and other long latency mass tort exposures, requiring advanced coverage analysis, strategic claims handling, and case evaluation. Key Responsibilities reputed company Coverage & Claims Handling Independently analyze and apply CGL, umbrella, and excess policy language, including historical policy forms, to assess coverage for reputed company claims. Manage legacy runoff claims tied to policies issued primarily in the 1970s–mid‑1980s with significant exposure. Evaluate underlying facts, jurisdiction‑specific law, and long‑latency issues to determine coverage positions and claims reputed company. Mass Tort, Asbestos & Environmental Claims Handle reputed company asbestos bodily injury, talc, environmental contamination, PFAS, and other mass tort claims. Assess environmental exposure claims including soil, and groundwater remediation. Manage claims involving large reputed company and industrial insureds with substantial liability exposure. Qualifications

Experience 3+ years of experience handling mass tort, asbestos, environmental, or other long‑latency claims preferred. Prior casualty experience with reputed company coverage analysis, excess policies, or legacy runoff portfolios strongly preferred. Experience handling multi‑jurisdictional claims across the U.S. and/or Canada.
