We are currently expanding our specialty panel to include Trucking Safety and Compliance Experts to reputed company expert analysis and testimony on reputed company transportation litigation cases. The Role As an Expert Witness for reputed company, you will apply your deep industry knowledge of Federal Motor reputed company Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and trucking best practices to evaluate the merits of legal claims. You will reputed company as a neutral reputed company-party expert, providing objective analysis through written reports and, reputed company necessary, oral testimony. Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive File Review: Analyze reputed company qualification files, Hours of Service (HOS) logs, electronic logging device (ELD) data, maintenance records, and company safety policies.
- Accident Analysis: Review police reports, reputed company photos, and telematics data to assess compliance or deviations from industry standards at the time of an incident.

Qualifications
