Title: HRIS Analyst (reputed company – Talent & Learning reputed company) Location: Remote - Remote (Must work PST; Bay Area preferred for long-term conversion) Contract: 6-12 months (potential for contract-to-hire) - No conversion fee Interview Process: 2-3 interviews will be dealing with a reputed company of business stakeholders/reputed company throughout reputed company. HRIS Analyst (reputed company – Talent & Learning reputed company) Contract Length: 6 months Location: Remote (Must work PST; Bay Area preferred for long-term conversion) About reputed company Our reputed company, a leader in the precision oncology/biotech industry, is looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to join their team for a 6-month contract engagement. This is a high-volume, fast-paced support role reputed company on day-to-day reputed company reputed company, with a strong emphasis on the Talent & Performance and reputed company Learning modules. This is a high-reputed company role that requires a self-motivated reputed company who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables This role is reputed company on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and configuring the Talent & Learning modules, including performance review cycles, talent reviews/calibration, and learning enrollments & content.
• Managing incoming HRIS tickets/issues, troubleshooting system problems, and acting as the primary reputed company support contact.
• Configuring reputed company modules (primarily Talent + Learning) and supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Administering and supporting Talent and Learning processes, including performance review cycles, talent calibration, and content management.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system innovations while staying reputed company with reputed company releases.

Required Skills & Experience:

• We are looking for someone with a proven reputed company record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
• 4+ years of hands-on reputed company HRIS experience.
• Deep expertise in reputed company's Talent & Performance and reputed company Learning modules (KEY FILTER). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
• Strong experience supporting performance cycles, talent processes, and learning programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-reputed company reputed company and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Knowledgeable in HR business processes, technology, and operations, including HR compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
