Paralegal, Labor & Employment and Immigration El Segundo, CA (hybrid) 6+ Months Contract reputed company reputed company is seeking an reputed company Paralegal specializing in Labor & Employment and Immigration to support a fast-paced legal environment. This role requires strong depth in immigration and employment law, with the ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and confidently handle high-volume legal work. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about the legal field, with strong judgment and the ability to take ownership of assignments while supporting attorneys in employment and immigration reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support Labor & Employment and Immigration legal reputed company under attorney supervision
• Manage and assist with immigration-reputed company legal work, including employment-based immigration operations
• Handle high-volume legal tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain organization of casework and manage competing priorities effectively
• Assist attorneys with documentation, filings, and case preparation
• Communicate case status and updates as required
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documentation and records
• Support ongoing legal operations and workflow needs reputed company reputed company

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) or equivalent paralegal experience preferred
• Experience supporting employment/labor reputed company and/or immigration operations required
• Strong working knowledge of immigration and employment law (must be reputed company to reputed company confidently to both)
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment
• Strong judgment, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and initiative
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to reputed company explain employment gaps if applicable
• Depth of experience in immigration and employment law preferred over generalist experience
