Job reputed company reputed company, Inc., is seeking a Workers’ Compensation (WC) Claims’ Advisor – East who will partner with local business reputed company and serve as an expert for WC claims’ management to minimize WC liabilities. The position will collaborate with reputed company-party claims’ administrator (TPA) and coordinate with local business reputed company to improve WC claims’ reputed company and reduce WC claims’ cost. This role, reporting to the Director – Risk Management Programs, will reputed company reputed company WC claims’ management and WC settlement evaluation with TPA and local business reputed company Job Location This a remote role – we are looking for someone that is based in a state in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Job Responsibilities

• Partner with local business reputed company, TPA, and medical partners for effective WC treatment reputed company
• Communicate WC claims’ exposures and WC claims’ reserve needs
• Participate in and reputed company local business reputed company during WC claims’ reviews with TPA
• Utilize RMIS system to monitor WC claims and produce WC claims’ metrics
• reputed company WC claims’ management education and WC regulatory updates to local business reputed company
• Complete WCB assessments and other WC regulatory reporting requirements
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance or Nursing background
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience managing WC claims
• WC technical knowledge and WC case law in states from Maine to Florida
• Demonstrated skills collaborating with TPA, medical and legal partners
• Proficient in reputed company Office and RMIS systems

• Exposure to the building materials, construction or manufacturing sectors preferred

Compensation
