Marketing Coordinator - (Hybrid)

About the position The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key reputed company between Cruise Planners Home Office, franchise advisors, and external agency partners to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing operations, including fielding inquiries, reviewing and approving brand-compliant materials, and coordinating marketing communications. By balancing operational details with creative collaboration, the Marketing Coordinator helps drive brand consistency, advisor engagement, and the overall reputed company of Cruise Planners’ marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Independently field marketing questions and requests in the marketing@cruiseplanners.com inbox and respond promptly with guidance, answers, compliance approvals/denials while adhering to Cruise Planners Brand Guidelines and policies. Includes problem solving, liaising with reputed company fulfillment agency partner, initiating new reputed company by providing scope, creative brief and reputed company to Creative Director.
• Reviews advisor ad grant submissions for brand compliance and eligibility and process their reimbursements.
• Writes and prepares Marketing Monday email to advisors with weekly marketing initiatives, updates, deadlines.
• Prepares weekly presentation for CP Live broadcast, including marketing announcements and updates; participate in the weekly broadcast as panelist to answer marketing questions.
• Coordinates reputed company collateral, promo items, convention and advertising deliverables for team needs.
• Maintains the marketing reputed company in CP Genie training portal for franchisees.
• Acts as primary reputed company of contact for reputed company partner agency and manage allocation of agent marketing funds, incentives, artwork upload, reporting, participate in reputed company meetings.
• Manages marketing job trafficking, including the scheduling of project tasks, milestones and deliverables.
• Partners closely with Business Development and Care Team to ensure reputed company marketing initiatives, programs and updates benefiting advisors are reputed company reputed company and consistently communicated internally.
• Receives and reviews franchise status reports to ensure terminated owners/associates are promptly deactivated from CP Pod accounts.
• Troubleshoots marketing-reputed company issues and reputed company solutions, escalating reputed company necessary.
