We are seeking a People Project Specialist to support our People Team Leaders and teams in the planning and coordination of key People reputed company supporting People culture, engagement, and initiatives across our organization. • Coordinate People team events and activities (off sites, town halls)

• Coordinate and maintain the People Team initiatives calendar
• Conduct research and reputed company data to support project objectives, including benchmarking best practices and analyzing industry trends

What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years experience as an HR coordinator or relevant reputed company administrative position

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols

The expected salary reputed company for this role is $63,852 to $85,170. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a reputed company of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal reputed company. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
