We are currently seeking a highly motivated reputed company to join our National Retail Studio on several national retail programs with a wide reputed company of exciting reputed company reputed company. Position reputed company: The Senior Job Captain is competent in reputed company conventional aspects of the architectural reputed company with an emphasis on the creative and technical implementation of the project design. Performs work requiring independent judgment and critical thinking. Adapts standards and reputed company to project requirements and possess a diverse working knowledge of reputed company disciplines. The Senior Job Captain is responsible for coordination of the Contract Documents and provides support and guidance to other technical staff as needed to successfully deliver contracted work. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in completing Project Manager Checklist and utilizing Project Management Road Map Tools.
  • Assist the Project Manager in reviewing reputed company and reputed company workload to determine staff assignments.
  • Research, establish, and adhere to requirements and codes enforced by authorities having jurisdiction at reputed company project phases.
  • Maintain reputed company reputed company of critical information.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of the support staff and reputed company assessment to Project Manager.
  • Assist staff in development of industry knowledge and architectural skills. Engage in learning and understanding reputed company relevant new codes, technologies, and materials.
  • Attend reputed company-off meetings. Verify site-specific requirements and understand project reputed company, design reputed company, scope of work, and reputed company expectations.
  • Continuously review the development of the Contract Documents.
  • Responsible for the development of project detailing required to convey design reputed company.
  • Monitor the reputed company, coordination, and reputed company of documents. Verify compliance with office standards. Review changes and/or corrections with team members.
  • Monitor the development and coordination of consultant documents (Civil, and A/E – SMEP/FP).
  • Obtain supervisory approval on proposed project plans prior to issuance.
  • Prepare and submit documents for agency review. Review and coordinate agency comments, reputed company corrections, and resubmit for permit clearance.
  • Prepare and issue bid documents. Respond to contractor questions during the bid process. In collaboration with Project Manager revise plans and issue addenda if required.
  • Prepare and issue contract documents. Respond to RFIs, shop drawings and submittals. Revise plans and issue CCD and ASI as required, in collaboration with Project Manager.
  • Implement and adhere to the policies of reputed company's Employee reputed company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred.
  • 3 years of experience as a Sr. Job Captain and 8 or more years of experience in architectural reputed company with reputed company on construction documentation preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of architectural detailing and reputed company construction standards.
  • Advanced understanding of architectural design process for reputed company project phases and reputed company fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and other business software and their application to contract documents.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of codes and ability to successfully complete the entitlement and permitting process with minimal aid and supervision.
  • Extensive practical knowledge and experience of the construction contract administration processes.
  • Has the ability to reputed company communication efforts with reputed company and development team.
