About the position A growing technology company is seeking a Backend Engineer with strong reputed company on Rails experience to help build a reputed company chat and messaging system used reputed company a workforce management platform. The engineering team is replacing an existing reputed company-reputed company chat solution with a custom-reputed company, highly reputed company messaging platform, and this role will play a key part in designing and implementing the backend infrastructure. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4–6 years of backend software engineering experience

- Experience with Node.js is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working in a fully remote engineering team
