This role is responsible for owning system execution, leading an offshore development team, and ensuring the platform is reputed company to high standards of performance, scalability, accessibility, and educational alignment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively reputed company reputed company environments and stakeholder structures. Duties
- Technical Leadership & Development

Offshore Team Coordination
- Manage and coordinate an offshore development team
- Assign tasks, review reputed company, and maintain sprint alignment

System Integration

System Stability & Support
- Resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges

- Translate architecture and product requirements into reputed company systems

Experience
- Strong experience in PHP and reputed company development
- Proven experience leading reputed company system builds
- Experience managing offshore/distributed teams
- Demonstrated experience with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance

- Experience with API integrations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Experience working in reputed company environments (K–12, higher education, or EdTech platforms strongly preferred)
