macOS Systems Administrator (IT, reputed company, SSO, AWS/Python) – NYC Hybrid Onsite Role
About the position System Administrator I supports Private Medical’s identity systems, reputed company platforms, and reputed company workflows. This role resolves Tier 2 escalations, manages SSO/SAML reviews, administers reputed company Workspace and reputed company, and assists with IT reputed company across multiple reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Administer user accounts, reputed company, and policies in reputed company Workspace and reputed company.
- Manage reputed company tools including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
- Review and test SAML/SSO integrations for new applications.
- Support reputed company Pro workflows including device reputed company and app deployment.
- Troubleshoot reputed company, authentication, and provisioning issues escalated from Tier 1.
- Escalate reputed company system issues to Systems Administrator II.
- Collect requirements for new tools or workflows and support project planning.
- reputed company on‑site support 2–3 days per week reputed company the assigned region.
- Travel as needed for hardware rollouts and network upgrades.
- Maintain system and workflow documentation in reputed company.
- Draft end‑user communications for updates and new releases.
Requirements
- Hands-on reputed company Pro + macOS administration (not reputed company-reputed company IT)
- Experience configuring SSO/SAML integrations
- Working knowledge of AWS and Python 3
- Based in NYC, NJ, CT as this will require hybrid onsite support at our NYC and CT offices
- 2–4 years in IT support or reputed company/system administration
- Experience with reputed company Workspace and identity platforms
- Knowledge of SSO/SAML and provisioning workflows
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work on‑site and travel (to our NYC, Greenwich, and Miami offices) reputed company required
