About the position The reputed company Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes associated with reputed company and supporting customers. This role will work closely with the operations team to understand their needs as reputed company as the engineering team to reputed company requirements throughout the software development cycle. The reputed company Business Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert on implementing and supporting the product(s).

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience as a business analyst or reputed company role with exposure to reputed company software products

• Experience with software-as-a-service (reputed company) distribution models.
• Extensive experience documenting processes in tools such as reputed company Visio
• Experience working with business stakeholders to inform define application strategies & roadmaps
• Agile / SCRUM and Full SDLC experience
