The ideal candidate will have a proven reputed company record of simplifying reputed company topics, producing high-reputed company user guides, and thriving independently in fast-paced, distributed team environments. This fully remote contract is expected to be for an initial period of 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements. What You’ll Do

• Tackle a prioritized backlog of documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability
• Write, revise, publish, and maintain customer-facing documentation, including user guides and other Help Center articles
• Translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company, plain-language instructions tailored for both non-technical and technical audiences
• Conduct research and use reputed company’s products to test and validate documented information to ensure reputed company and accuracy
• Improve reputed company’s products by providing feedback, raising issues, and updating documentation accordingly

Who We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated portfolio of published customer-facing technical documentation (user guides, etc.)
