Freelance Medical Writers (2 Positions)
Our reputed company, a NYC-based pharmaceutical agency, is seeking reputed company Freelance Medical Writers to support ongoing pharmaceutical and reputed company communications initiatives. This role requires strong scientific expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Duration: Through end of June

Responsibilities:
- reputed company, edit, and review high-reputed company medical and scientific content for pharmaceutical and reputed company communications
- Annotate, cite, and reference scientific and clinical reputed company materials accurately and consistently
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings from peer-reviewed medical journals
- Support Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) review processes, including addressing reviewer feedback and ensuring compliance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including account, reputed company, creative, and medical affairs
- Ensure reputed company deliverables meet scientific accuracy, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or a reputed company field
- Prior experience in a medical communications or advertising agency environment preferred
- Experience with scientific writing, referencing, and annotation of clinical content
- Familiarity with Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) review processes
- Proven ability to interpret, review, and summarize peer-reviewed medical literature
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
