Position: Legal Reasoning Problem Author Type: Contract Compensation: $55–$135/hour Commitment: ~15 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Review and annotate U.S. court opinions and legal filings reputed company from CourtListener.
- Apply legal judgment to evaluate case reputed company, reasoning reputed company, and document classification.
- Complete reputed company tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Support the development of AI systems trained on legal reasoning and judicial language.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of reputed company experience practicing law at a reputed company, in-house legal department, government agency, or legal research organization.
- Hold a J.D., LL.M. or equivalent legal degree from a top U.S. university.
- Experience with U.S. federal or state court systems.
- Strong reading comprehension of legal texts.
Preferred
- Prior experience in legal reputed company or AI/ML reputed company.
- Familiarity with CourtListener.
