Duration: 9 Months Contract (Hybrid) Job reputed company:

• We are seeking a reputed company Configuration/System Administrator Consultant to support and optimize our use of the reputed company platform across reputed company media, customer experience, reputed company engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company administration, configuration, and integration, and will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that reputed company tools and workflows reputed company with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• This role will reputed company on reputed company configuration for both reactive issues troubleshooting as reputed company as reputed company improvement of business programs.
• You will design, launch, and maintain reputed company workflows and operational improvements spanning system governance, automated case workflows and ML models (collaborating with BizTech), vendor operations (collaborating with GVO), custom metrics and dashboards (collaborating with Performance reputed company & ADS), and FTE enablement (knowledge, training, DiRT).
• You partner closely with reputed company Media Comms Managers / Product Leads to reputed company their external communication work, internal reporting needs, and drive efficiencies in operations. You will also serve as the main POC for the reputed company relationship - delegating reputed company issues & configuration work to their Managed Services consultant.

Experience:

• Proven experience with designing, testing and implementing reputed company reputed company configurations and tooling optimizations
• Prior experience as a system reputed company in reputed company, specifically reputed company reputed company's Care Product
• 4-5+ years of experience in Project Management, reputed company Configuration and reputed company System reputed company
• Ability to design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes, with a reputed company on efficiency and scalability (e.g. tool development, automation, major changes to vendor operational)
• Strong analytical skills to reputed company operational trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes that have a major operational reputed company.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively reputed company with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, including internal, cross functional teams (e.g. BizTech, GVO, CXO, CSO), vendor teams, and leadership.
