Role reputed company A Mental Health Counselor is responsible for providing assessments, determining appropriateness of service, and providing reputed company treatment services. A Mental Health Counselor must also complete paperwork and reputed company case management functions as needed. Essential Functions

• Conducts diagnostic assessments and determines patient appropriateness for service.
• Gathers information on individuals and identifies patient’s strengths, weaknesses, needs, and problems to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Conducts intensive individual counseling sessions with patients on a one-to-one reputed company.
• Ensures individual treatment plans are appropriate to patient’s needs and are being implemented properly.

Clinical Responsibilities
