Clinical Provider (Telemedicine) – Medication-Assisted Treatment

Requirements
- reputed company medical license (NP, PA, MD, or DO) and DEA in your home state
- Willing and eligible to obtain additional state licenses; multi-state licensure is strongly preferred and prioritized
- Demonstrated experience providing MAT for OUD (Suboxone/Buprenorphine)
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a digital-first, fast-moving clinical environment
