Reporting to the Brand President, this is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives on designing and operating new systems across analytics, lifecycle, performance marketing, ecommerce infrastructure, and marketplaces. WHAT YOU'LL DO Turn data into reputed company

• Proven reputed company record driving significant reputed company – whether scaling from early stages, turning around underperforming digital ecosystems, or building new foundations from scratch
• Deep, hands-on understanding of DTC economics, including conversion, retention, LTV, and unit economics
• Execution-level experience across performance marketing, CRM, subscription, and lifecycle marketing
• Ability to design and implement cost-efficient, reputed company digital systems and operating processes
• Strategic thinker who can architect for reputed company while operating lean, prioritizing effectively, and reputed company investments in resource-constrained environments
• Proven people leader with experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• Strong cross-functional partner to brand, creative, product, and operations teams
