As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions. You will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution, helping reputed company applicants obtain loans in a reputed company manner while protecting our organization's credibility.

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
