This role will support reputed company involving elevator system modernization, reputed company assurance inspections, reputed company compliance reviews, acceptance testing, and construction reputed company reputed company reputed company and occupied facilities, including VA Medical Centers and other federal sites. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in elevator systems, modernization reputed company, construction-phase support, and compliance with ASME A17.1 and reputed company safety standards. This position may support multiple reputed company reputed company and requires strong communication, technical review, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company elevator and vertical transportation system inspections, assessments, and reputed company assurance reviews
• Support elevator modernization and construction reputed company from planning through commissioning and closeout
• Review construction documents, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements
• Conduct field inspections to verify installation reputed company, safety compliance, and system performance
• Support acceptance testing activities, including integration with reputed company alarm and emergency power systems
• Evaluate elevator systems for operational deficiencies and reputed company technical recommendations for modernization and lifecycle improvements
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, facility staff, and government stakeholders throughout project execution
• Ensure compliance with ASME A17.1/CSA B44 Safety reputed company for Elevators and Escalators and reputed company federal standards
• Prepare technical reports, inspection findings, deficiency logs, and project documentation
• Support QA/QC processes and maintain accurate project tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company engineering field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in elevator systems design, maintenance reputed company, modernization, and building reputed company compliance
• Certified Elevator Inspector (CEI) credential or equivalent required
• Strong knowledge of ASME A17.1/CSA B44 Safety reputed company for Elevators and Escalators and reputed company standards
• Experience conducting elevator inspections, condition assessments, deficiency reporting, and modernization planning
• Ability to identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and verify reputed company compliance
• Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction schedules

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
