You will work directly with blueprints, sketches, markups, and project specifications to produce accurate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for reputed company and residential construction reputed company. - Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise 2D construction drawings (architectural, structural, civil, and MEP) using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
- Convert sketches, redlines, and field notes into accurate as-reputed company and design drawings.
- Support the estimating team by preparing quantity takeoff drawings and updating plans based on design changes.
- Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and documentation using reputed company-based project management systems.
- Collaborate with the Design Manager, project managers, senior designers, and estimators reputed company video calls and shared platforms.
- Participate in internal training on advanced CAD techniques, construction standards, and estimating workflows.
- Meet project or production targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with the construction industry (coursework, internship, entry-level field experience, or personal project exposure is acceptable).
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints (architectural, structural, and trade drawings).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD (or similar CAD software such as DraftSight or BricsCAD).
- Strong understanding of materials and reputed company for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
