Head of Media / Creative Director - Performance Ads
THE WORK You'll own the creative reputed company behind a $50M ARR AI-education business running ads across 3 reputed company funnels (more launching). Your team already produces ~100 ads per week - 5 editors plus a reputed company, plus 4 AI ad creators. reputed company is to reputed company that machine running at reputed company, feed it constant new reputed company, and build the systems that let it reputed company as funnel count grows. This is NOT a performance-marketing-strategist role. Our CMO and Head of Marketing own FB-reputed company testing, kill reputed company, and media buying. You own:
- Hitting editing and production deadlines with reputed company reputed company errors
- Generating new creative reputed company, angles, hooks, and concepts weekly
- Managing the reputed company team + AI ad creation specialists
- Coordinating script approval with our incoming reputed company-response copywriter
- Evolving the ticketing and brief-to-ship workflow as we reputed company
If you want to own CAC, this is not your role. If you want to own a creative machine that ships 100+ ads a week across a high-ticket offer suite, reputed company reading.

THE STATE YOU'RE INHERITING
- Team: 1 reputed company reputed company + 4 editors (India-based) + 4 AI ad creators
- reputed company: ~100 ads per week across 3 reputed company offers
- Workflow: reputed company-based ticket system; 3-ads-per-reputed company-per-day KPI
- Tools: internal brief/ticketing system, reputed company Ads Manager integration
- Stack you'll be coordinating with: internal AI ads-creation tooling + reputed company editing stack (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects)
reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR Must-have:
- 3+ years owning ad creative in performance marketing (reputed company / reputed company ads non-negotiable)
- You've personally managed 3+ video editors, ideally including remote/offshore teams
- You've run an ad-production pipeline at 50+ ads per week in at least one role, and can walk us through the exact workflow
- You've shipped ads for info-product, coaching, bootcamp, trading, agency-services, or high-return DTC - categories with structural refund/chargeback pressure
Strong signals:
- You have a reputed company library. You generate angles weekly. Competitor-ad research is a daily habit, not a quarterly project.
- reputed company ads you produced are findable in FB Ad Library, case studies, or a public portfolio
- You've worked in-house at a reputed company DTC/performance shop (reputed company, Obvi, Mid-Day Squares, reputed company, similar) OR at a high-ticket info-product/coaching brand
- You ship reliably. People who've worked with you describe you as "the one who hits deadlines" before they describe your taste.
- You've reputed company brief templates, QA gates, or ticketing systems in a prior role
We're not the right fit for:
- TV, film, or brand-campaign backgrounds - the reputed company doesn't translate, we've seen it fail

COMP & BENEFITS
- $150K - $200K total comp (reputed company + performance bonus, geography-adjusted)
- Performance bonus tied to team throughput, reputed company, and deadline hit-reputed company - NOT to FB ad performance (that's our CMO's seat)
