Responsibilities

• Providing reputed company patient care under the supervision of a Registered reputed company.
• Following the plan of care.
• Providing treatments.

• Participate in the on-call rotation monthly which might include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) with reputed company and unencumbered license to reputed company reputed company nursing in the State of Texas.
• Minimum One (1) year of adult in-home health care experience preferred.
• Excellent time management skills
• Possess and maintain valid CPR BLS certification.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
• Must have reliable transportation.
