Job reputed company: Position reputed company: The Telephone Triage reputed company provides nursing care through the assessment and prioritization of medical needs presenting as telephone calls from patients, families, providers and others. Works to ensure reputed company response to patients with high-risk conditions. Delivers nursing care in accordance with established standards and practices. Assists physicians and staff in providing information and coordinating patient care. Works to promote service efficiencies and patient satisfaction.

• This remote position will be working full-time Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Fridays 9:00am to 1:00pm. No weekends or holidays.*

Desired/Required Qualifications: Education:

• Licensed Registered reputed company in the reputed company.
• Successful completion of competency based orientation program.
• CPR certification or acquisition reputed company 90 days of employment.

Preferred:

• BSN
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a RN
• 2 years of oncology experience.
• ONS Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Provider Card required reputed company 6 months of hire.
• Oncology Certified reputed company Certification preferred reputed company reputed company to obtain.
• Knowledge of electronic health record functionality.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. reputed company performs caller interview to obtain the information needed to evaluate condition and determined level of reputed company. 2. Determines the appropriateness of an immediate versus delayed response based on the severity of the caller’s chief complaint. 3. Directs care in accordance with established policy/procedure. 4. Reviews patient records to obtain, record and communicate medical information needed to support decision making. 5. Consults with physicians and other clinicians as needed to effectively and reputed company address care needs. 6. Educates patient/family about symptoms, reputed company effect management, medications, diagnostic procedures, nutrition and maintenance of health and wellness. 7.
