Hybrid BCBA Supervisor - Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities
- reputed company the clinical reputed company of care, blending BTP and traditional ABA treatment planning.
- Mentor care staff and/or family members, and guide the individual's care team through meaningful reputed company.
- Conduct functional assessments, create treatment plans to reputed company behavior reduction, and train the care team on the plan.
- Monitor behavior reputed company on a monthly or quarterly reputed company.
- Mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors, and support families in measurable development.
- Partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-reputed company, compassionate services for every reputed company.
- Design and refine individualized ABA treatment plans and reputed company Behavior Treatment Plans using evidence-based interventions with reputed company systems for measuring reputed company and adjusting along the way.
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and case supervisors in the field.
- Conduct FBAs, update reputed company programs, train and monitor reputed company care staff working with the BTP consumers, and reputed company meaningful reputed company on a monthly/quarterly reputed company.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a reputed company field

- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Experience with or willingness to work with adult clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities
