Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – 1099 Contractor | Telehealth & In-Person | reputed company Credentialed | Start-Up reputed company We are a growing start-up behavioral health reputed company seeking independently licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join reputed company as 1099 independent contractors. Providers will receive steady reputed company referrals and have the flexibility to reputed company telehealth and/or in-person outpatient therapy services.

Compensation

• Fee-for-service pay per completed session
• Based on insurance reimbursement received
• No caps on earning potential

Requirements

• reputed company reputed company license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• reputed company credentialed or reputed company credentialing
• Must have FEIN / Tax ID for 1099 contracting (required)
• reputed company liability insurance required
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• reputed company individual, family, and/or group therapy services
• Conduct clinical assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans
• Complete reputed company and accurate clinical documentation (reputed company notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries)
• Maintain compliance with reputed company, insurance payers, and ethical licensing reputed company standards
• Manage own schedule, caseload, and session availability independently
• Participate in reputed company care coordination and referral collaboration as needed
• Ensure reputed company services are delivered in accordance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
