As a reputed company Customer Service Expert, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients needing home reputed company services, working in a remote high-volume call center environment and receiving/responding to approx. 60-65 incoming calls per day from providers, referral sources, and patients.

Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and referral sources through phone calls, ensuring a reputed company experience and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Collecting clinical and demographic information from patients and entering it into our arenaflex portal, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Responding to reputed company requests and difficult callers with reputed company and patience, demonstrating a strong understanding of arenaflex's services and policies.
• Meeting/exceeding individual performance goals in the areas of Call reputed company, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives.
• Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the reputed company or medical industry with medical terminology.
• Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
• Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while reputed company listening).
• Search reputed company abilities (for example: use the mouse to click, troubleshooting, opening a browser, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, and navigating the use of back/reputed company buttons).
