As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from home, answering inbound customer calls, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll be part of the arenaflex team, working closely with our Customer Service Supervisors to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and analyze account data. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional service

• Offer additional products to customers, personalizing their experience and increasing sales
• Assist customers with questions, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
• Work collaboratively with our Customer Service Supervisors to resolve reputed company issues
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, reputed company rates, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate reputed company situations

• Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a set schedule and reputed company day
• Strong customer service skills, with a reputed company on delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens, with a high level of technical proficiency

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours, as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting reputed company: $15.00/hour

• Additional pay for working 6pm-6am: $1.00/hour
• Additional pay for working 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on reputed company: $1.00/hour

System Requirements

* Self-provided computer or laptop with a reputed company reputed company operating system, reputed company 10 or newer, and no more than three years old

• Headset compatible with arenaflex's specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)

• Webcam and ability to reputed company on camera for meetings and trainings
