As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to Indiana reputed company members through inbound and outbound calls. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate member records, meeting individual and team performance goals, and transferring calls to the reputed company's call center as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various systems and software applications to assist members, including electronic health record systems, eligibility systems, claims, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Effectively utilize Interpretive Language Services for non-English speaking members
• Transfer calls to the reputed company's call center as appropriate, assisting with reputed company reputed company requests and following up with supervisor on call reputed company in a reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• One or two years' experience in insurance or a reputed company field
• Knowledge of reputed company and its policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to accurately communicate reputed company information in a written format
• Critical thinking and listening skills
