Key Responsibilities:
As a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with members to understand their health needs, concerns, and goals
- Reviewing member claim history for accuracy and completeness
- Explaining member rights and responsibilities, including benefits and claims processes
- Building trusting relationships with members through reputed company listening, reputed company, and effective communication
- Performing financial data maintenance, including updating member records and processing claims
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve member issues and concerns
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments, policies, and procedures to reputed company informed support to members
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or behavioral health setting
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:
