Job Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service/Case Processor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing reputed company and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns
• Logging detailed notes into reputed company software to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing among team members
• Making daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, updating them on the status of their cases and providing solutions to their problems
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic customer records, including contact details, issues, and resolutions
• Updating billing information and ensuring that customer accounts are accurately reflected in our systems
• Analyzing customer satisfaction metrics and setting goals to improve our service delivery
• Participating in regular staff meetings, trainings, and reporting on any customer issues that require attention

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
